1. Prevent impurities

2. Prevent moisture


The formula of Ndfeb rare earth permanent magnet material contains a large proportion of rare earth elements. Rare earth elements are chemically active and easily react with oxygen in the air to produce rare earth oxides, and the magnetic properties of the products will decline.


When damp raw materials or equipment, fixture used, etc., contain high moisture, in the high temperature process of processing, water molecules are easy to decompose into oxygen and hydrogen elements and chemical reactions with neodymium and other rare earth elements. 3, anti-oxidation


Ndfeb is a kind of rare earth permanent magnet material, the formula contains a large proportion of rare earth elements. Rare earth elements are chemically active and easily react with oxygen in the air to produce rare earth oxides, such as neodymium reacts with oxygen to produce neodymium oxide. After rare earth oxidation, the magnetic properties of products will decline. Therefore, in the production process of our NdFeb materials, how to do a good job of "oxidation prevention" is an important quality link.


4. Prevent confusion


Sintered NdFeb according to different performance requirements, such as residual magnetic induction strength, coercivity, larger magnetic energy product, with different brands to distinguish the table. We should pay attention to the "anti-confusion" work in the batching and melting operation, do not confuse the brand, to calculate the weight of the batching according to the prescription sheet, put the correct identification plate in time after weighing, the smelting operator should accurately record the original data record and the smelting tracking sheet according to the brand. When the spindle is put into the warehouse, the identification plate and tracking list of each spindle shall be sent to the warehouse accurately and timely for checking. At the same time, the workshop should check and supervise the above situation at any time.


Finally, proofread the spindle carefully when weighing it, fill in the certificate after weighing it, and then put it into the bucket after checking. When issuing materials, check whether the label outside the barrel is consistent with the certificate inside the barrel, and do not issue if it is inconsistent.
